Of a Flower, but Not a Flower
TULIPyan (of tulip) or Թուլիփյան in Armenian
This is my rendition of a bouquet of tulips, a still life of sorts. I chose the parts that stood out to me - the color palette, the shapes of the leaves, petals, stems, the bend of the stems, then I rearranged these parts on the canvas and added the little sphere, the miracle of life - a continuity or off shoot (if you will) of my Miracle series.
